Eliminate Head Hunger

Hello, my name is Scott Bechtel. I’m a hypnotist and in this video I’m going to be talking about: “Dealing with head Hunger” These are hungers that aren’t for your survival in your stomach. But instead are habits or Cravings in your head and how you can approached those.

So number one: Drink some water and helps fill up the stomach and makes it feel like to have something.

Number two: Wait, 10 minutes check in again. See if the feeling is gone. These are part of the No Cravings Unstoppable Weight Release program.

Number three: We have exercise and I can’t draw. By exercising distract your brain. And if you’re distracted think about exercise you nothing about food.

Number Four: Slow breathing on there also said 7-Eleven. So 7-Eleven breathing is where you breath in to it for a count of 7 and then breathe out for the count of 11 and so that your breathing out more than your breathing in. Sometimes that time period is a little long for some people. You can shorten that. You could do 6-10 or 5-9. Adjust it as you need. But the point is breathe out more than breathing in. And so that 7-Eleven breathing helps reduce anxiety. Helps calm your nerves. Helps just calm you down. And so if if the hunger that you’re feeling is really more of a habit or anxious reaction that helps helps with that feeling.

Okay, so number 5: Just know that this too will pass. Just be with it and know that soon you’re going to have your next meal. Everything is okay. You’re safe. You’re okay. This will pass. Okay.

And the final one, number 6: And [if] you must have a small snack. Oh really small one though. And something that will be nutritious something that benefits your body helps your body.

Okay, so if you want to know more then go over to No Cravings Weight Loss.com. and let’s meet up there and I’ll see you on the inside.
